Timelines
Once your return reaches us and passes a quality check, refunds are initiated within 2 working days. Prepaid refunds go back to the original payment method and typically reflect in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us. COD and shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, please use our returns process instead.
