Dispatch
Orders are packed with care at the WOOSH studio and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm IST or on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times & charges
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days; remote pincodes may take longer. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹79 applies below that.
You can check the estimated delivery date for your pincode on every product page. A tracking link is shared by WhatsApp, SMS and email once your order ships.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹5,000, with a ₹49 handling fee. COD orders are confirmed by OTP before dispatch.
