Exchanges
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Raise a request from your account or message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a reverse pickup.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return it within the same window for a refund to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).
For hygiene reasons, bibs, bonnets and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please share an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
